Each page of the PayPal process may take quite a while to appear, especially with a modem connection, probably due to PayPal's security measures. You may or may not see an hourglass, but wait patiently.
You must enter a shipping address, even if we have arranged for another method of delivery. You do not have to enter a phone number if you choose not to.
When you enter your credit card number, do not leave any spaces or use any hyphens.
If you have a problem, the payer (you) rather than the payee (me) must clear it up with PayPal, because PayPal will need your personal information.
If you need customer service, you may call 1-402-935-2050, which is in Omaha NB and is not a toll-free number.
Or you may call either of the two toll-free numbers below, which are not publicized for those without PayPal accounts, but can be used by payers who have problems. When asked if you have an account, say "no"; when asked if you used PayPal to pay for a transaction, say "yes"; then to avoid further choices, say "agent" (at any time) or "help" (when asked) and you will be sent to a live customer service agent.
